Our Guarantee

Based on years of experience, we have found student improvement depends a lot on student effort.  We are confident that the College Prep, LLC program will help students improve their scores and we guarantee your satisfaction with the materials, instruction, and results.

Our courses are backed by two types of guarantees:

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are not confident in your ability or satisfied with your score after completing the course, you can re-take the entire course anytime within the next year at no additional charge.  Students who wish to brush up on strategies or techniques before retaking the test are welcome to take advantage of this option.
  2. Money Back Guarantee – If after completing our course, you do not improve your score, you may receive a refund of your course fee.

Families may take advantage of either guarantee, but not both.

In order to take advantage of the Satisfaction Guarantee, students should notify College Prep, LLC when they are interested in retaking the course; no proof of prior performance is required.  Additional sets of class materials are available at cost.

To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee students must:

  1. Take the SAT within 21 days of completing the College Prep, LLC course.
  2. Have attended 100% of the class sessions.
  3. Completed 100% of the class assignments on time.  (Students demonstrate completion of the vocabulary homework by scoring 85% or better on all quizzes.)
  4. Submit official SAT score report and prior SAT or PSAT results.

College Prep, LLC will refund the course fee paid, minus $75 for materials and administration costs.
